Welcome to LaRue Nail Studio. By visiting laruenailstudio.com, booking an appointment, or receiving services from us, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully.

1. About This Website

Laruenailstudio.com is an informational website that directs visitors to our third-party booking platform, Boulevard, to schedule appointments. We do not process bookings, payments, or account creation directly on laruenailstudio.com.

2. Booking Appointments

All appointments are scheduled through Boulevard. When you book through Boulevard, you also agree to Boulevard’s own terms of service and privacy policy. You are responsible for providing accurate contact information when booking so we can reach you about your appointment.

3. Payment

Payment for services is collected at the time of your appointment (or as required by our booking platform). Prices are listed on our booking page and are subject to change. Gratuity is appreciated but not required.

4. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

We understand that life happens, but please respect our time and other clients waiting for appointments.

  • We ask that you cancel or reschedule as early as possible through Boulevard.
  • No-show policy: If you fail to show up to a scheduled appointment without canceling, it is considered a no-show. After two (2) no-shows, you will be blocked from booking future appointments with LaRue Nail Studio.
  • Repeated last-minute cancellations may also result in restrictions on future booking, at our discretion.

5. Service Expectations

Our technicians do their best to deliver the look you want. If you are unhappy with your service, please let us know before leaving the salon so we can address the issue. Concerns raised after you leave may not be eligible for adjustment.

6. Health and Safety

For the safety of our staff and other clients, please reschedule your appointment if you have:

  • An active nail infection, fungus, or open wound on your hands or feet
  • A contagious illness
  • Any condition that may be aggravated by salon services

We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if a health concern is identified.

7. Age Policy

Clients under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. The accompanying adult is responsible for the minor’s behavior in the salon.

8. Personal Belongings

LaRue Nail Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Please keep your belongings with you during your appointment.

9. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason, including but not limited to disruptive behavior, intoxication, harassment of staff or clients, or violation of these terms.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on laruenailstudio.com — including the logo, photos of our work, and text — is the property of LaRue Nail Studio and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective Date” above will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts located in South Carolina.
